This page explains how this site handles your information. The short version: we do not collect your personal information. Using this site requires no name, no email address, and no sign-up of any kind. There are no accounts — nothing you type into the tools is saved on our servers. Keep your work by printing it or by saving the files the tools let you download.

What we store

Nothing about you. Your answers exist only in your browser while the page is open, and in anything you choose to print or download. Downloads are created in your browser and go only to your device. When you close the tab, your work is gone from the site.

What we never collect

There are no fields anywhere on this site for a Social Security Number, ITIN, EIN or tax ID, date of birth, home address, driver's license, passport, bank account or routing numbers, or any government ID — and there is no way to send documents to us. The tools can open a draft file you saved earlier, but that happens entirely in your browser. Printable worksheets leave labeled blank lines for sensitive details so you can fill them in by hand, off the website.

No AI

This website does not use AI. Nothing you type is sent to or processed by artificial intelligence. If we ever add an optional AI feature, this page and the methodology page will describe it before it appears.

The feedback form

If you send feedback, we receive only what you type into the form. The email reaches us through Resend, an email delivery service. Feedback never includes your loan answers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count how the site is used, for business purposes only — page views and anonymous usage tallies, like how many people finish the pre-screen, export a plan or projections file, or print a worksheet. These counts never include your answers, dollar amounts, scores, or anything that identifies you, and we only ever share them as overall totals — never anything about an individual visit.

How deletion works

There is nothing to delete on our side: your work lives only in your browser and in what you print or download, and it is gone from the site when you close the tab.
